working principle

As shown in Figure 4-1, after the dust enters the dust collector through the suction port, it first encounters the slanting baffle in the middle of the air inlet, which acts as a turbulent effect on the incoming gas, changes the direction of the dust, and the air velocity Slowing down, due to the effect of gravity sedimentation, coarse particles of dust in the gas directly fall into the ash hopper, which plays a role of pre-dust. The airflow entering the ash hopper then flows upward, and the dust is trapped on the surface of the filter tube through the filter tube. The purified gas enters the clean room in the upper part of the cartridge chamber and is collected at the exhaust port and discharged.

Working principle of pneumatic pulse backflush

The pneumatic pulse blowback system consists of a cylinder, an electromagnetic pulse valve, a PLC controller, and compressed air. One end of the pulse valve is connected to a compressed air storage cylinder and the other end is connected to an injection pipe. An exhaust valve is installed on the valve cover, and the exhaust valve is controlled by a PLC controller.

When there is no signal from the PLC controller, the movable baffle of the exhaust valve is in the position of closing the exhaust hole; when the program controller sends a signal, the movable baffle is opened, and the compressed air of the storage cylinder is quickly released, so the exhaust valve The inner corrugated membrane is pressed in the opposite direction, the air outlet is opened, and the compressed air enters the filter cartridge through the pulse valve.

Spray cleaning. When the signal disappears, the movable baffle returns to the position where the exhaust valve was originally closed, the corrugated membrane re-closes the air outlet, and the injection stops automatically.

Each time the spray cleaning is completed at about 0.1 to 0.3S, it is the high-pressure air sprayed at this instant to play a good cleaning effect. Air enters the filter cartridge at a high flow rate, causing the filter cartridge to expand rapidly, causing an impact vibration, causing the dust attached to the filter cartridge to be shaken off, and the fine dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter material is shaken into the dust collecting bucket under the action of the airflow . The pulse injection pressure is 0.4 0.6MPa, and the air supply volume must be kept constant during operation.

Our ZXS-1-12 pulse backflushing central dust collector adopts a modular structure. Each 6-18 filter cartridges can be combined in series. The host is made of 2-5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate. The fan power unit is composed of a motor and a blade, and adopts a C-type belt connection structure, which has stable performance.

Filter unit

The filter system uses a cartridge filter, imported brand substrates, and PTFE coating treatment. The dust filtration accuracy of the equivalent diameter of 0.3m is more than 99%, which meets indoor emission standards, has small wind resistance, and is easy to clean.
