The metal products industry includes structural metal products, metal tools, containers and metal packaging containers, stainless steel and similar daily metal products. Source reduction is to reduce the introduction of oil from dust and crumbs, and it is the best choice to suppress the production of VOCs during the sintering process; process control is to re-introduce part of the hot exhaust gas of the sintering trolley into the sintering material layer for recycling. It is decomposed when it passes through the sintered zone above 1 300 ℃; the terminal treatment mainly includes activated carbon method and combustion method. Therefore, according to the actual situation of the company, we carry out a complete set of exhaust gas purification solutions, and use a combination of multiple purification methods to achieve a standard of high purification.
